 Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent, 12 month, full time position starting
 July 1, 2019.  Must possess excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.  This includes preparing a wide variety of complex written materials (e.g. correspondence, agendas, minutes, state and federal reports, etc.)  Must be very detailed oriented.  Must be able to work independently to prepare, organize and maintain project documents.  Must be able to develop productive solutions to problems and serve as recording secretary to the board of education and attend monthly evening meetings.  Work with the superintendent and board chair to prepare and distribute agendas and supporting materials.  Knowledge is required to prepare purchase orders and monitor budget expenditures.  As associate's degree or equivalent preferred.  Minimum of 4 years of increasingly responsible executive administrative experience including public contact and at least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant to an administrative official.  Please submit letter of interest, resume, list of a minimum of 3 references (including name, professional relationship, phone number and email address ) to or by mail to address listed below.  Closing date:  April 22, 2019

Administrative Assistant for Finance, 12 month, full time position starting July 1, 2019.  Detailed oriented, organized individual to perform finance assistant and human resources generalist duties.  Duties include but are not limited to: processing accounts payable/receivable; processing and monitoring financial transactions and preparing adjustments as necessary; prepare various financial reports and analysis for tracking and projecting expenditures; assisting with district budget, administering student activities accounts; entering payroll changes; assisting in administration of employee benefits such as insurance.  Associate's degree (or higher) in business administration or related field preferred.  Related experience required.  Please submit letter of interest, resume and list of a minimum of 3 references (including name, professional relationship, phone number and email address) to or mail to address below.
