Regional School District #19 is a member of the 14 town adult education consortium administrated by the Vernon Public Schools and VRABE Regional Adult Based Education. VRABE offers three high school completion options (CDP-Credit Diploma Program, GED-General Educational Development, and NEDP-National External Diploma Program), ABE-Adult Basic Education, and ESL-English as a Second Language held at E.O. Smith High School. Citizenship is also offered at other locations in the VRABE region. All programs are free.
