The E.O. Smith school district includes the towns of Mansfield, Ashford and Willington.
If you are moving into Columbia,  you must first contact the Columbia Superintendents office to notify your intention for your child to attend E.O. Smith.

To change your address within district, you must provide a copy of your new lease, rental agreement or mortgage deed to the School Counseling office. During Covid-19, please email your copy  to either Sheri Lee, [email protected] or Tanya Maines, [email protected]. You may also fax a copy to the office at 860-487-2293. In person changes, please call ahead to ensure someone is in the office to assist you, 860-487-1324.

Upon receipt of the aforementioned documents, changes will be made  in our system.
