The Annual Update occurs once per year, beginning mid-late August. Parents will access the Annual Update via their Power School Parent PortalLogin. The Annual Update is extremely important in ensuring that Region 19 has complete and up-to-date contact information for all member families. After this process has been completed, additional updates may be made by contact the Guidance Office or Main Office directly, or the form in question may still be submitted to provide the updated information.
In the event forms accessible through InfoSnap need to be updated and re-submitted later, they may be accessed and printed from the column to the right. They may then be dropped off in the E.O. Smith Main Office.
